A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Why I Created Sweet Fitness
Specialties: Weight Loss, Building Strength & Muscle, Women's Training

Throughout middle school and high school, I struggled with disordered eating, anxiety, and body image disorder. I was unsatisfied with my looks and I tried every crash diet that showed “promising results”. After years of dieting, excessive cardio, and way too many hours at the gym, I had torn my ACL during a volleyball tournament. As soon as I was cleared to work out, I went right back to my old habits and ended up tearing my ACL and meniscus a year after the first tear. I was so impatient to change my body. During my second recovery, I got certified as a personal trainer, in hopes of learning a better approach to resculpting and strengthening my body. After building my experience with clients at a name-brand gym, I decided to create Sweet Fitness. I was tired of being told to “make a sale” and I was ready to create relationships with my clients. Training clients through Sweet Fitness showed me that it's not about getting a flatter stomach or building a bigger butt. It's about confronting your self-efficacy and practicing self-love. This is more than just a business for me. This is where I get to help people change their lives and become better versions of themselves, and to me that's priceless.
