HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR PERSONAL TRAINER?

You may be asking yourself, "why Sweet Fitness?". To start, I take my clients OVERALL wellbeing very seriously. I prioritize the relationship I have with my client and I respect their time! I go the extra mile for all of my clients. As you get to know me, you will learn I am genuine and I do what I do because I care for people. I incorporate a variety of training methods into client sessions (Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Kickboxing, Cross Fit). The training methods I use depends on the client's preferences & health goals. My coaching style also depends on what my client needs in terms of motivation & accountability. I can be cheer leader, I can be your drill sergeant, or I can be both!

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Keep your home equipment simple! Here are 5 essentials to add to your home gym: [1] Yoga matt [2] Two 5lb dumbbells [3] 2 10lb dumbbells [4] Resistance (booty) bands [5] Foam roller or stretching strap. Whether your looking to build muscle or lose weight, this is a good start for equipment! If your on a budget start off with a yoga matt and two 5lbs dumbbells!

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAINING PRICES AND HOW DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT?

My personal training prices/programs vary depending on the number of sessions you purchased and whether you are a virtual or in-person client. I offer a variety of training packages to suit your needs! My prices vary for group/couples training. For virtual clients/self-guided training programs, I take payment through Stripe. For in-person clients I take card, cash or Zelle!
